Through a combination of hardlight projectors, slaved nanoswarms, and sheer fucking weeb energy, you have managed to dissociate part of your own mind into a spectral warrior that appears when you get hype. This apparition - called a "Stand" for reasons lost to history - fights with you, seeming almost to have a mind of its own. Its manifestation stays consistent between summonings, though it can evolve over time as you grow in experience and power.
Stand Projection
Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, a spectral warrior ("Stand") appears when you get hype. While you're hype, the first creature you hit with an attack on your turn becomes the Stand's target. Until the start of your next turn, that target has disadvantage on any attack roll that isn't against you, and when the target hits a creature other than you with an attack, that creature has resistance to the damage dealt by the attack. The effect on the target ends if your hype ends.
The first time you summon your Stand, you should give it a unique name and appearance.
Stand Shield
Beginning at 6th level, your Stand can provide protection to you or those you defend. While you are hype, if you or another creature you can see within 30 feet suffers damage, you can use your reaction to reduce that damage by 2d6.
When you reach certain levels in this class, you can reduce the damage by more: by 3d6 at 10th level and by 4d6 at 14th level.
Stand Surveillance
At 10th level, you gain the ability to consult with your Stand directly, utilizing its extensive passive and active sensor suite on your behalf. You may use the [augury] or [clairvoyance] techs without using a tech slot or requiring a focus. Rather than creating a sensor, this use of [clairvoyance] invisibly transports your Stand to the chosen location, allowing you to see through its eyes, and returns it to your location when the tech's duration ends. Wisdom is your focus ability for these techs.
After you use either tech in this way, you cannot use this feature again until you finish a short or long rest.
Stand Vengeance
At 14th level, your Stand grows powerful enough to retaliate against your foes. When you use your Stand Shield to reduce the damage of an attack, the attacker takes an amount of kinetic damage equal to the damage that your Stand Shield prevents.
