Description: Jesse is a genderfluid, slim-built androgynous human with a bob of pink and white hair. They often switch outfits and genitals depending on their current mood, though they always wear a small black choker and cross necklace, regardless of outfit or gender. They have a cross-shaped white scar in their left eye, and are often using multiple band-aids to cover small wounds sustained during their bounty hunts.
Personality: Jesse's attitude is one of supreme self-confidence and bombast. They're good at their job, are known throughout the lower levels of Cardinal's megacity's as an efficient, quick-witted bounty hunter. Jesse will spend at least a few hours a day deciding what sex and gender they want to be for that day, while sifting through a tidal wave of clothing of all styles and colours. While this does slow down any potential hunting, Jesse more than makes up for it with their brash and outlandish "no stealth needed" approach to hunting down perpetrators.
Abilities: Jesse is -as their name suggests- an excellent gunslinger, able to use his revolvers in both close range and from afar. They're also blazingly quick and agile, able to dodge away from melee attackers and run faster than most humans.

Important Life Moments:
Jesse escaped from corporate boarding school at a young age to pick pockets and run errands for gangers, but the small change they were earning from subtle acts of deviousness and treachery clashed with their loud personality. After scrimping and saving enough to buy their two off-the-rack revolvers, Jesse used their knowledge gained in the gangland circles to cash in on the Calico bounty boards. This act of treachery made Jesse plenty of enemies initially, but their skill and agility in targeting high-value gang members quickly made entire factions fall apart, and those left kept their vitriol quiet for fear of being brought in, or gunned down. These days, most of Jesse's creds go towards their ever expanding wardrobe, though they often find themselves wearing the same old tank top, shorts and oversized leather jacket. The outfit's become somewhat iconic in criminal circles, and Jesse's not one to blend in with the crowd.
