The artificial intelligences used by modern mega-corporations have their roots in the Old World and its fantastic technology. The "pantheons" - hyper-intelligent AI clusters that the corpos use to run their businesses, keep track of employees, and elevate ordinators - control and direct so much of the New World that they may as well really be the gods they were named for. Cyber Valkyries are source coders who were exposed to the code underlying those artificial intelligences, effectively turning them into independent ordinators who manifest their own tech, rather than it being granted to them by a pantheon.
Divine Right
Your link to pantheon code allows you to learn techs normally associated with ordinators. When your Techcasting feature lets you learn a source coder trick or a source coder tech of 1st level or higher, you can choose the new tech from the ordinator tech list or the source coder tech list. You must otherwise obey all the restrictions for selecting the tech, and it becomes a source coder tech for you.
In addition, choose an affinity for your code: selfless, sadistic, supportive, anarchy, or equality. You learn an additional tech based on that affinity, as shown below. It is a source coder tech for you, but it doesn't count against your number of source coder techs known. If you later replace this tech, you must replace it with a tech from the ordinator tech list.
Affinity Tech
Selfless combat dressing
Sadistic cripple
Supportive buff
Anarchy debuff
Equality friendly fire
AI Assisted
Starting at 1st level, your actions are guided by the incredible computing power of a pantheon. If you fail a saving throw or miss with an attack roll, you can roll 2d4 and add it to the total, possibly changing the outcome.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Empowered Healing
Starting at 6th level, your mastery of pantheon code can empower your healing techs. Whenever you or an ally within 5 feet of you rolls dice to determine the number of hit points a tech restores, you can spend 1 source point to reroll any number of those dice once, provided you aren't incapacitated. You can use this feature only once per turn.
Hardlight Wings
Starting at 14th level, you can use a bonus action to manifest a pair of hardlight wings from your back. While the wings are present, you have a flying speed of 30 feet. The wings last until you're incapacitated, you die, or you dismiss them as a bonus action.
The affinity you chose for your Divine Right feature determines the appearance of the wings.
Unearthly Recovery
At 18th level, you gain the ability to overcome grievous injuries. As a bonus action when you have fewer than half of your hit points remaining, you can regain a number of hit points equal to half your hit point maximum.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
